§2 Offer; order
II.1 All offers are subject to change if no agreement to the contrary has been made. Received orders shall only become valid after signed confirmation by the Customer. All changes, additions or cancelations of existing agreements shall only become valid after explicit written confirmation by us.
II.2 We reserve the right to change technical or creative details from descriptions and specifications. Same applies to deviations in material, measurement, weight, color, structure, construction and/or model made by the manufacturer or our supplier. If no substantial modifications are made or the modifications and deviations are reasonable for the Customer, our Customer may not derive any rights from these modifications or deviations.
II.3 Telephone information, engagements and specifications made by our customer service are non-binding and require written confirmation by SOREX.
II.4 If circumstances occur where the receipt and payment of ordered goods by the client is or seems to be at risk, we shall be entitled to cancel existing orders or delay their fulfillment until proper receipt and payment can be guaranteed. Under such circumstances there shall be no delay in delivery by us.
