§8 Discretion; confidentiality; data protection
VIII.1 Both contractual parties shall agree to handle each other’s personal data confidentially and in compliance with the applicable Austrian data protection law.
VIII.2 Both contractual parties shall agree to non-disclosure of the knowledge gained from the business relationship to third parties. This obligation shall also be transferred accordingly to sub-contractors and suppliers.
VIII.3 All documents, such as models, samples, drawings, and product or process details or similar that are made available to the contractual parties shall not be accessible to third parties.
VIII.4 The Customer shall agree that any personal data received within the agreement for the purpose of contract implementation is saved and processed automatically by us.
VIII.5 Schemes, outlines or other technical documents as well as samples, catalogues illustrations and similar shall always remain our intellectual property. The Customer shall never receive any exploitation rights whatsoever.
