§1 Scope of Application
I.1 These general terms and conditions of SOREX Wireless Solutions GmbH shall apply to all present and future transactions (orders and contracts) with our Clients/Customers. The general terms and conditions are available for inspection at the headquarters of SOREX Wireless Solutions GmbH, 2700 Wiener Neustadt, Herzog Leopold Strasse 5, Austria. They can be provided in writing upon request. Additionally, they may be reviewed on our website at www.sorex-austria.com. The Customer confirms with the signed contract/offer that he was provided with reasonable opportunity to take cognizance of the contents. With his signature he accepts the general terms and conditions as valid contractual basis.
I.2 All our offers, deliveries and services shall be solely based on these general terms and conditions. Conflicting or differing general terms and conditions of the Customer shall only apply if this has been agreed upon by us in written form as binding for both parties. Individual agreements shall not be affected by the preceding rule, as long as they are in writing.
I.3 The general terms and conditions shall apply for Clients/Customers in any legal form, however for Consumers only as far as these applicable provisions are not infringed upon.
