§5 Default of payment
V.1 In case of default of payment default interest shall accrue at 8% plus the 3 month EURIBOR, in any event at least 12% per annum.
V.2 In case of default the Customer commits to reimburse costs resulting from reminder and collection fees as long as incurred in asserting our legal rights.
